Pneumatically Actuated Lugged Butterfly Valve – Viton Lined

The JV240044 is a highly adaptable general-purpose valve, designed with a robust Viton liner that significantly extends its lifespan while reducing maintenance requirements over time. This advanced design features self-lubricating bearings that ensure optimal guidance and smooth operation of the shaft, effectively preventing issues such as seizing or premature wear, thereby providing dependable performance across various applications. This valve is ideally suited for diverse applications where weight and space efficiency are paramount. This valve is supplied and completely assembled with a JV-E electric actuator, which is small, lightweight, and compact in design but still offers high-output torques.

All valve and actuator packages are tested and, on request, can be issued with certification confirming the actuators’ functionality before despatch.
